Fushion Fest

June 13

Fusion Fest will offer family-friendly fun

The Tri-Cities’ summer events calendar is heating up with Fusion Fest happening June 9 through 14. This local celebration offers a week of discounts and special events at local venues all around the Tri-Cities. The main event on June 14 features live music, food and family-friendly entertainment in the heart of Richland on the outdoor stage at John Dam Plaza.

The event is designed for all ages and brings together a variety of music that keeps things upbeat and accessible. Portland-based Fruition headlines with a mix of bluegrass, folk and classic rock influences. Mad Ruby delivers solid, straight-ahead rock, while Les Stress and the Testers will keep things light with a swing-style set. Los Caipirinhos will add Latin-inspired rhythms, and Metaphorical Lions brings a more laid-back indie vibe. Bands such as Easyday and Van Dels round things out with melodic rock and high-energy performances. Local hip-hop artists and singer/songwriters will also be featured throughout the day.

Fusion Fest doesn’t aim to be over-the-top. It’s a grassroots celebration built around community spirit and local pride. If you’re looking for a wholesome day out with live music and good food, check out this festival.
