Celtic Rock Band Performs in Walla Walla

The Gesa Power House Theatre in Walla Walla will welcome the Derina Harvey Band back to its stage on Saturday, April 20, at 7 p.m. This programming is supported in part by the Western States Arts Federation and the National Endowment for the Arts.

Derina Harvey leads this award-winning Celtic rock sensation. Her vibrant personality takes center stage with humor, storytelling and her world-class vocals with a show that offers fresh takes on traditional folk songs as well as original material.

This group has been likened to a “rockier” version of Canada’s Great Big Sea if it were fronted by Adele. The band has earned a reputation for delivering high-energy live shows that leave many audiences out-of-breath and hollering from their seats.

The band enjoys a huge wave of online followers from across the globe — a following that exploded when their recording of Tom Lewis’s “The Last Shanty” was used in thousands of videos on TikTok. As a result, their streaming numbers skyrocketed to more than 70 million total streams — and they continue to enjoy about 2 million more views every month!

Reserved seating tickets start at $30 for adults and $20 for students and are available online at phtww.org or by calling the box office at (509) 529-6500.
