The City of Pasco welcomes back the annual Cinco de Mayo Parade and Festival, a vibrant celebration of culture, community and heritage. The event will take place on Saturday, May 3, starting at 10 a.m. at Volunteer Park and continuing until 7 p.m. at Peanuts Park in downtown Pasco.
The celebration kicks off with the lively Cinco de Mayo Parade at 10 a.m., featuring colorful floats, energetic music and dance performances. At noon, the main stage will host the opening ceremonies, while North Peanuts Park comes alive with a thrilling horse-dancing competition. Other festival highlights include:
• Music and Entertainment – Local bands, DJs, and interactive MCs set the festive tone.
• Silent Dance Party – Dance to three DJs, listening on wireless headphones.
• Boxing Competition – A showcase of boxers in a thrilling competition.
• Food and Traditions – A variety of food vendors offering authentic Mexican cuisine and local favorites.
• Kids Zone – Family-friendly fun with face painting, bounce houses and games.
• Big-Rigs Display – An interactive experience with fire, police and city vehicles.
• Beer Garden – A relaxing space for adults to enjoy a selection of beverages, presented by the Latin Business Association.
