Ephrata Chamber Hosts Annual Wine Walk

The annual Chamber of Commerce Wine Walk in Ephrata will be held on Saturday, Oct. 19, with check-in for 21-and-over participants beginning at 4 p.m. at the Ephrata Recreation Center, 112 Basin St. SW. Photo ID will be required at check-in. From there, the three-hour Wine Walk will take you to several businesses in downtown Ephrata.

Online pre-sale tickets are $50 per person and will be $60 per person that day. Designated driver tickets are $30, which includes dinner, no-alcohol beverages and a free coffee at the Bookery, 1 Basin St. NW.

You will receive a bag with a wine glass, drink card, lanyard, map, beverage list and a pen to keep track of your favorites. The annual Halloween Costume Contest will offer prizes to be awarded at 7:30 p.m.

You’ll want to return to the Recreation Center for the After Party from 5 to 9 p.m., where you can use your drink card for beverages. All of the wines served on the walk will be available, plus light snacks and live music. Dinner will be served from 6 to 8:30 p.m., and the music will continue until closing time.
