The Ephrata Chamber of Commerce has announced that its holiday festival, “Bells on Basin,” is planned for Saturday, Dec. 14. The daylong event will continue popular activities of previous years, plus some new and exciting ones.
In the morning, Santa Claus will be at the Ephrata Recreation Center. Bring the whole family for a fun-filled morning and a delicious Pancake Buffet Breakfast with Santa, sponsored by the City of Ephrata Recreation Department.
“Polar Express Passports” for kids will be held again. Your youngster can obtain a punch card, a map and a flyer listing participating businesses. At each stop the kids can get their cards marked and complete an activity. One business, for example, plans to offer hot cocoa and face-painting, and there are many other fun activities in store. Completed cards will be turned in at the chamber office and entered into a drawing to win a prize.
Music, Cocoa, Popcorn and a Tree Lighting will be offered at 4:30 p.m. at the Ephrata Chamber of Commerce, 112 Basin Southwest.
The Christmas Parade through downtown Ephrata begins at 5 p.m.

Hi,
Just an FYI, the link for signing up for Bells on Basin is broken or blocked. I’ve tried a few times, but always sent to a broken page.
Thanks,
Kent
We’ve fixed the link and it should be working now. Thanks for letting us know!
