Excursion Train Welcomes Passengers for the 2023 Season

Oregon’s Eagle Cap Excursion Train kicks off its 2023 season with the traditional Mother’s Day Brunch on May 14 with a delicious catered meal. The ride departs from the Elgin Depot at 10 a.m. and returns at about 2 p.m., after a scenic ride along the Grande Ronde River. They will also offer a mid-week ride on the train on May 10.
The balance of the season includes 23 train rides through Oct. 22, with entertainment such as train robberies, Bigfoot outings, dinner trains and picnics.
