Take in These Events at Fort Walla Walla

At Fort Walla Walla Museum, the beautiful autumn scenery is the perfect backdrop to a weekend of entertainment for your whole family.

On Friday, Nov. 10, at 6:30 p.m. bring your family and friends for an evening of 19th-century folk music, including songs celebrating the Old West — the Oregon Trail, the frontier army, cowboys, settlers, and railroaders. Hank Cramer and Dr. Michelle Cameron (voices, guitar and cello), backed by Jim Honeyman (vocals and mandolin) will play the music for this museum event.

On Thursday, Nov. 30, at 4 p.m. the museum will host the amazing Erika Greenup for an After Hours talk that will transport you back in time to historic Dayton, Wash. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to delve into the rich heritage of Dayton.

Also, the museum offers free admission to veterans and their spouses from Friday, Nov. 11, through Sunday, Nov. 13, in honor of Veterans Day.
