This much-loved annual celebration brings together the diverse cultures of Pasco, offering fiery cuisine, live music, and family-friendly activities. The festival reflects the community’s passionate and welcoming spirit, from spicy food challenges to cultural performances.
Attendees can enjoy the fan-favorite pepper-eating contests, and new this year, a taco-eating contest!
Live performances by Paso Firme, Curtis Nettles, Lalo y Los Descalzos, and area marimba bands will set the tone for a vibrant celebration. There will also be a Kid’s Zone with games and pony rides, while adults can relax in the beer garden.
Various food vendors will be on-site, serving everything from traditional Mexican dishes to fiery fusion cuisine. Be sure to sample the best in local and regional foods from vendors offering an array of delicious meals and snacks.
This year’s event is made possible thanks to the generous support of these sponsors: The Pasco Economic Development Project, the Port of Pasco, and the Bank of Idaho. These organizations play a crucial role in Pasco’s continued economic growth, helping to foster opportunities for local businesses and ensuring the success of community events like the Fiery Foods Festival. Their commitment to strengthening Pasco’s economic vitality is deeply appreciated.
Additionally, the City of Pasco would like to thank its valued partners: Helados La Michoacana, Supermex El Pueblo Market, the Latin Business Association, La Voz Newspaper, and La Ley 100.1FM.
