Annual Hanford Music Benefit Auction

Hanford Music Co. is the instrumental music program at Hanford High School in Richland, WA. The Hanford Music co. is dedicated to offering world-class experiences for all students who have the desire to make music.
The Hanford Music Co. is enthusiastically supported by the Hanford Instrumental Music Boosters (HIMB), a non-profit 501(c) organization, formed to support and promote the instrumental music programs of Hanford High School. HIMB’s mission is to fund exceptional experiences in performing, understanding, and appreciating instrumental music. This is accomplished as we coordinate a variety of fundraising activities to raise money as well as organize volunteer efforts to run various events. Fundraising supports students and program needs not funded by the Richland School District or Hanford High School.
Past Benefit Auctions have funded new instruments for the orchestra and percussion ensembles; the purchase of a semi-trailer to transport and store all equipment for the Hanford Marching Band; new uniforms for the band; guest artist workshops and concerts for jazz, orchestra, and band students to learn from and perform with professional musicians specific to their group; travel to music festivals and competitions; and meals for students at music events.
