With the change in weather, the Fort Walla Walla Museum is as warm and welcoming as ever. The museum has transitioned to its winter hours, opening at 10 a.m. and closing at 4 p.m. The Pioneer Village is closing its doors for the season.
That doesn’t mean that the museum is any less of a happening place. Fort Walla Walla Museum is once again hosting a Day of the Dead display in the grand hall, now through Nov. 16. And if that’s not enough reason to visit, the museum recently reopened the Blue Mountain Locomotive exhibit, having undergone thorough renovations.
