Have you ever longed to be the hero in someone’s story? June 27 is your date, the Columbia Park stage is your destination, and your assignment is the Royal Family Superhero Fun Run, 5K or 10K.
Run with fellow caped crusaders united on a mission to defeat the enemies of abuse, neglect and abandonment that have left foster children navigating new homes with strangers, rules, expectations and responsibilities they’ve never known.
Help Royal Family Kids’ mission of providing summer-camp experiences for foster children. Answer the call to provide new adventures in which childhood is a reality, safety is the norm, excitement is around every corner, and love and kindness are the rules. When you participate in this event by supporting vendors, viewing entertainment and running the race, you will change lives for hurting children.
The nonprofit organization Royal Family Kids is sponsoring this family-friendly event featuring a one-mile Fun Run and 5K and 10K runs.
